There are no diets here. In fact, we hate that word and don’t use it. There are too many bad connotations around dieting. We prefer the term nutritional adjustments.
We understand that you still need to enjoy your life and that is why we very rarely require you to cut anything out of your nutrition entirely. It is all about moderation for us.
Behavior change doesn’t happen over night and neither does nutrition. This is a key concept to understand before embarking on this journey. There will be ups and downs as well as challenging moments. But as long as you begin making more of the right decisions you will be on a path to a healthier life.
