Dr. Nicholas Rolnick (aka, The Human Performance Mechanic) is a world-class Physical Therapist & Performance Enhancement Specialist based in New York City and an established international authority on Blood Flow Restriction.
Nick realized his love for fitness with his passion to help others by earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Columbia University. Nick teaches Kinesiology and Strength & Conditioning at Concordia University and Kinesiology at Lehman College.
